Thank you for using ServiHogar.
ServiHogar has a network of independent professionals available to handle home service requests in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Our team reviews requests and helps coordinate contact.
By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, we recommend that you do not use our services.
ServiHogar is an intermediary service.
Our goal is to help customers find professionals for different types of home services, such as:
ServiHogar does not provide these services directly. Our role is solely to facilitate the initial contact between the customer and the professional.
ServiHogar undertakes to:
ServiHogar is neither a construction company nor a repair company. Accordingly:
The service contract is entered into solely between the customer and the professional.
Once ServiHogar connects both parties, the customer and the professional are responsible for agreeing directly on: the scope of work, price, materials, completion time, payment method, warranties, and any changes to the service.
ServiHogar does not intervene in these negotiations.
Before allowing a professional to join our network, ServiHogar may request, depending on the type of activity: an official identification document, professional licenses when required by the work and by Florida or local jurisdiction authorities, current permits, certifications, contact information, or other documentation we consider necessary.
This process aims to reduce risks for our customers. However, verification by ServiHogar does not constitute an absolute guarantee of the quality of the work, the professional's future conduct, or the outcome of the contracted service.
All payments related to the service must be made directly between the customer and the professional. ServiHogar does not collect, process, or retain money for the work, nor does it administer those deposits.
Before making any payment, we recommend requesting a written estimate and clearly agreeing on the scope of work.
Separately, ServiHogar may charge professionals for initial trials, memberships, renewals, and other network-related fees that have been disclosed and accepted in advance. These payments may be processed through Stripe and are governed by the Terms for Professionals.
Warranties for work performed are the sole responsibility of the professional providing the service. ServiHogar does not offer warranties for repairs, installations, materials, labor, delivery times, or results obtained.
By using ServiHogar, the customer undertakes to: provide truthful information, accurately describe the required service, treat the professional with respect, allow access only when there is a prior agreement, and fulfill payment commitments agreed upon with the professional.
ServiHogar acts exclusively as a technological intermediary platform. Therefore, it shall not be liable for: the professional's failure to fulfill obligations, damage caused while performing the service, financial losses, delays, defects in materials, accidents, disputes between the customer and the professional, failure to honor warranties, or any dispute arising from the contract entered into between both parties.
Any claim related to the service must be directed to the professional who performed it.
ServiHogar will use the information provided by the customer solely to: manage the request, assign a professional, follow up on the service, and improve the quality of the platform.
We will not sell the customer's personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.
When submitting a request, the customer may be contacted by phone to address it and, if they provide an email address, may receive communications related to it. Sending SMS and WhatsApp messages requires the customer's optional, separate authorization in the form. Accepting these terms does not imply consent to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages.
These communications will relate solely to handling your request, following up on the service, or important information about the platform.
ServiHogar may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The current version will always be available on our website.
If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, you can contact our customer service team through the official channels: soporte@servihogar.me and +1 954-884-8001.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Florida laws and United States federal law, without limiting any applicable rights that cannot be waived. Jurisdiction over any dispute will be determined by the applicable law.
These terms apply to the ServiHogar SMS text messaging program, including delivery through A2P 10DLC messaging services.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the program or applicable requirements. We will publish the current version with its update date.
Changes do not automatically expand your consent or authorize new types of messages. When applicable, we will request new express authorization.

ServiHogar has a network of independent professionals to handle home service requests in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This policy explains how information is processed through our service requests, applications to join the network, and contact channels.
ServiHogar is a brand operated by SERVIHOGAR HOME SOLUTIONS LLC. Our website is https://servihogar.me. Our mailing address is 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. This is the company's address; our service area is Miami-Dade, Florida.
When you request a service, we receive your name, phone number, email address if provided, service type, ZIP Code, specified area or zone, problem description, urgency, and preferred contact time. We also record your acceptance of the terms and your choice regarding SMS and WhatsApp.
The exact address is not a field in the initial form. You must coordinate it directly with the professional. Avoid including it in the description if you prefer to share it only with them.
If you voluntarily send us photographs through an available channel, we use them to understand the request. Images may contain location information in their metadata; review that information before sharing them.
When you apply to join as a professional, we receive your name, phone number, email address, ZIP Code and area of residence, main profession, response regarding certification, experience, additional services, availability, and any notes you provide. Identification documents, licenses, or certifications are requested later through an internal channel when applicable.
Through the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address if provided, reason for contacting us, and message. We may record the source of a request, campaign parameters, landing page, and referring domain to understand how requests reach us.
We use the data to handle requests, find professionals based on service and coverage, coordinate contact, follow up, review applications to join the network, manage memberships, respect communication preferences, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We share with the assigned professional the information needed to coordinate the service: name, phone number, ZIP Code, area or zone, and request details, while respecting communication preferences. We do not sell or rent personal information for promotional purposes.
Providers that help operate the service may process information necessary for hosting, storage, email, telephony, messaging, or support. When a professional pays ServiHogar through Stripe, payment processing will also be subject to Stripe's privacy policy. These charges are separate from payment for the work between the customer and the professional.
We retain information for as long as necessary to handle the request, manage the relationship with the professional, resolve issues, and comply with legal obligations. You may request its deletion, except for data we must retain for legal reasons.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or inquire about its processing, by writing to soporte@servihogar.me. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before addressing the request.
Operator and purpose
The ServiHogar SMS program is operated by SERVIHOGAR HOME SOLUTIONS LLC. Messages are intended for customer service, request confirmations, assignment updates, reminders of agreed appointments, and service follow-up. This program does not include advertising or promotions.
Voluntary consent
We will send SMS messages only when you have expressly authorized their receipt through the corresponding optional checkbox or another explicit consent mechanism. In the customer form, authorization for SMS and WhatsApp is optional, and the checkbox is initially unchecked. We record your choice.
Providing your phone number, submitting a request, or accepting this policy and the terms and conditions does not, by itself, constitute authorization to receive SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, requesting, or receiving a service. If you do not authorize messaging, we can assist you by phone.
Authorized WhatsApp messages relate to the request or to management of the professional account, as applicable. You may request help or withdraw your authorization for WhatsApp through our support channels.
Frequency and charges

Subscription data and text messaging consent are excluded from any information sharing for those purposes. We do not transfer your consent to other senders.
Providers that help us operate and deliver messages may process only the information necessary to provide that service on behalf of ServiHogar. They may not use it for their own campaigns.
Sharing your phone number with the assigned professional to coordinate a service does not transfer your consent to receive SMS messages from ServiHogar to that professional.
We may retain the necessary consent and opt-out records to demonstrate your preferences and prevent further unauthorized messages.
The site uses session storage to remember the selected language and may retain request source information for campaign attribution. Hosting and protection services may process technical data necessary to operate the site and prevent abuse.
We apply measures to protect information, although no system guarantees absolute security. Do not include passwords or card details in request or contact forms.
